Who we are and what we do

Stanze d'Architettura was born as a collaboration between several professionals be able to welcome all those figures that are part of a small or large project.

We have developed numerous projects in the various sectors of Architecture at different intervention scales: Building interventions, new constructions, renovations, luxury interior furnishing for residential, retail shop, food and big luxurius villas .

The work methodology is based on research, continuous updating and application of the principles of Bioarchitecture and new materials, always putting the "Man-Architecture" relationship in the foreground.
Stanze d'Architettura deals with building practices in general, with particular reference to obtaining administrative permits, health authorizations and land registry documents.

Professional strength is to investigate all the aspects that vary from the feasibility study, to the project, to the control of the costs and variations during construction, to the supervision of the execution on site, with precise preparation of all the graphical documents and relative documentation .

In the field of interior design, the study is deepened to the detail of the furniture, lighting and objects in order to design and customize each environment tailored to the individuality of each individual customer, inserting pieces of a particular design or antique family and industrial production furniture.

Characteristic of this approach is the ability to conceive environments of prestige and strong representation, for which all the stylistic and decorative elements, the furnishing and finishing components are defined.

 It has also been selected over the years, a "staff" of  specialized artisans, heirs of constructive traditions and of guaranteed guarantee: gessist, blacksmiths, carpenters, upholsterers, decorators, carvers, marble workers, restorers, installers called of time to time to carry out the various works.

Stanze d'Architettura, relies on the stable collaboration of an engineering studio, a plant engineering and energy efficiency study, a law firm, a Notary Office and a real estate group.
